The importance of cooperation between the family, kindergarten and “Mahalla” in the preparation of children to school

On April 14, the Kindergarten №68 in Namangan organized the convivial event for directors of kindergartens in the city and partners of the kindergarten.

About hundred children attend the kindergarten and 13 out of them are children with special educational needs. Creative groups for children that support children in achieving success are very popular among them.

According to Malika Dadabaeva whose group is the inclusive group, all children with special needs in her group attend these creative groups together with their other peers. Sessions in these creative group last 20 minutes and if children face any difficulty during these sessions in regard to learning of the new material, the facilitator of the creative group work with these children in addition after the brunch.

During the event children have demonstrated their success and activities of these groups such as English and Russian language learning sessions, sport activities, as well as “Zumradoylar davrasida” (Zumrad is the hero of the eastern fairytale “Zumrad and Kimmat”, symbol of hard-working, nimble mistress).

“Zumrads” have rolled out pastry and made a bred (real ones, not the fake ones!) and in other creative groups children have read the poems in Russian, sang a song in English.

Participants shared their experience and opinions with each other according to the agenda. The representatives of “Mahalla” Committees, Regional and City Departments of Public Education had a presentation on the importance of partnership between three important parties: the family, kindergarten and “Mahalla”. Many successful and positive cases of the joint work were presented, which assist in the social adaptation of children and their inclusive development.

The representative of the City Department of Public Education Zuhra Abbasova provided the example of the sport competition, where preschool children took part in chess competition and received honorary certificates and presents.

Participants were grateful to the Director of the Kindergarten № 68 Saidullaev Said for this initiative, organization of this important event (We are thankful to M.Muhsinbaeva for her information).
