INCLUSIVE EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN UZBEKISTAN

“Each of us has a dream, and the most important thing is that our dream determines our nowadays, and largely – our future. But the dream of the child is always sincere, pure… cherished”, - the initiator of the event Lola Karimova-Tillyaeva said, commenting the event. Today our children shared their dreams through their paintings and pavement chalk drawings. It was a very touching moment when children wrote down their dreams on pieces of paper, attached them to colorful balloons and launched them into the sky. It is my sincere wish that every child’s dream has been heard, and all the dreams may come true! Well, and we adults should do everything possible for this to happen”.

On the photo: Brothers Evgeny and Alexander Sen are good, bright kids. Their cerebral palsy, lower paraparesis and spastic diplegia tied them to wheelchairs. They live in a world of love and care of their grandmother, the only family person left after their mother’s death. This is a very touching and kind world of mutual understanding, trust and support. Zhenya and Sasha also shared their dreams with us. Having met these boys and their grandmother, I was once again convinced that there are no casual encounters in our life; the main thing is to listen to your heart and go towards the dream of the child (Lola Karimova-Tillyaeva comments). Children probably liked the idea of pavement chalk drawing most of all, because they could represent their dreams of any size and color, and not one but several.
