INCLUSIVE EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN UZBEKISTAN

Inclusive education - is understood as a continuous process, focused on provision of quality education for all, respecting the diversity and different needs and abilities, characteristics and expectations of students and communities from education, eliminating all forms of discrimination (UNESCO 2008)

Child with special needs – it is a child, who needs changes in his/her surrounding environment (toys, textbooks, premises, educational and upbringing methods) in order to support his/her development. The need for changes is dependent on the possibilities, state of health, linguistic and/or cultural limitations, personal qualities of the child with special needs.
